A journey from Moldova to Türkiye. A career that evolved from law school to a consultancy office. Since 2003, a trusted address for foreigners in Türkiye.

A rare consultant who carries both the guest's and the host's perspective. She likes to read every case as a story — because that's what they are.

01 · Story

Coming to Türkiye.

Jale Snejana Vural was born into a family belonging to the Gagauz Turks — a Turkic minority living in southern Moldova. The deep economic crisis of the late 1990s and early 2000s, widespread corruption, and shrinking job opportunities for the Gagauz community led her — like many young people — to look abroad for a future.

She arrived in Türkiye in 2002 — a country whose language and traditions she shared, where she could feel "at home". Her legal training, her Gagauz mother tongue close to Turkish, and her fluent Russian gave her a unique advantage here: the ability to communicate directly with foreigners from many different backgrounds.

Her first year in Türkiye was her own experience as a foreigner — and that experience shaped the foundation of how she serves her clients today.

02 · Education

From a long-standing
tradition of law.

Moldova State University is among the country's oldest and most respected institutions of higher education. Its Faculty of Law is one of the university's core departments.

An educational journey that began in a small village and culminated with a law degree from this prestigious institution in the capital Chișinău — a sign of a determined path taken on her own.

That legal education remains a living tool today: it lets her read the technical language of migration law correctly and closely follow the shifting interpretations of foreigner legislation — that discipline sits at the foundation of every consultancy we provide.

03 · Professional Journey

22 years,
three chapters.

Over 22 years in the immigration consultancy sector unfolded in three distinct chapters. Each one deepened the trust built in the previous chapter.

JS Vural Danışmanlık

INDEPENDENT
"Getting a residence permit in a foreign country
is, in essence, looking for a home.
We hold the door of that home for you."

04 · Languages

The same warmth
in three languages.

The most important thing a consultant should know is how their client feels in their native language. Fluent communication in three languages makes a direct, detailed consultancy process possible — no intermediary between us and the client.

Kemal Vural In Memoriam

Life partner and business partner, co-founder of Vural Danışmanlık. From 2003 to 2019 he was part of a shared journey in immigration consultancy; he accompanied thousands of foreigners on their first steps in Türkiye.

His service philosophy — the principle of seeing a client as a "guest" rather than a "file" — leaves his mark at the heart of this firm's culture today.

Remembered with respect.

06 · A Few Words

"I came to Türkiye in 2002 — I personally lived through what it means to face a foreign bureaucracy alone, not knowing your rights in a country whose language you do know.

I've been doing this work for more than twenty years, yet every new case still gives me the same excitement as the first. Because this work is not just preparing documents; it is being the bridge between someone and a new life.

We approach our clients as guests, not as files. This is a principle I shared with my life partner Kemal Vural; today I continue with the same principle.

Your story is next."
