In accordance with KVKK, we register the following information as the data controller:

The following personal data of yours may be processed through our website and contact form:

• Identity information: first name, last name
• Contact information: phone number, email address
• Request information: the service you're interested in (residence permit, work permit, citizenship, etc.) and any other information you share in your message
• Technical data: server logs such as visit date/time, IP address, and browser type — only for security and error diagnostics, retained short-term

Your personal data is collected directly from you in electronic form when you fill out the contact form on our website, or contact us via phone, email, or channels such as WhatsApp.

The personal data we collect is processed in accordance with the general principles set out in Article 4 of KVKK, for the following purposes:

• To evaluate your request and respond to you
• To plan a free initial consultation and provide consultancy services
• To carry out pre- and post-contract processes
• To fulfill obligations arising from legislation (tax, commercial document preparation, etc.)
• To create evidence in legal disputes and protect our rights
• To improve service quality and customer satisfaction

05Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed based on one or more of the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of KVKK:

• Art. 5/2-c: Directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (before/after the consultancy service contract)
• Art. 5/2-ç: Fulfillment of our legal obligations
• Art. 5/2-f: Necessary for our legitimate interests (responding to your request)
• Art. 5/1: Your explicit consent (obtained via the consent checkbox in the contact form)

06Data Transfer

Your personal data may be shared with the following parties, limited strictly to the purpose of processing:

• Authorized public institutions: where legally required (court order, prosecutor's request, etc.)
• Our service providers: organizations providing technical services such as website infrastructure (Netlify, Inc.) and email — with only the minimum data necessary to provide the service
• Our legal advisors: our lawyers in case of legal disputes

07Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purposes of processing and the statutory retention periods arising from legislation (for example, the 10-year periods under the Turkish Commercial Code and the Tax Procedure Law). At the end of the period, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with Article 7 of KVKK.

Submission data is kept as an active record until your request is concluded and our communication ends; afterwards, it is preserved within the scope of statutory retention periods.

08Your Rights KVKK Art. 11

Under KVKK, you may apply to the data controller to exercise the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed
• To request information if it has been processed
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
• To learn the third parties to whom it has been transferred domestically or abroad
• To request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
• To request deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in Article 7 of KVKK
• To request that correction, deletion, or destruction be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred
• To object to an adverse result emerging through analysis by automated systems
• To claim compensation if you have suffered damage due to unlawful processing

09Application Method

To exercise the rights above, you may apply to our Company using one of the following methods, in accordance with the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller:

Your application must include: full name, Turkish ID number (or passport number for foreigners), service address, email/phone if available, and the subject of your request.

10Amendments to This Notice

Our Company reserves the right to update this Privacy Notice in light of legislative changes and our activities. The updated text becomes effective from the date of publication on our website. You can stay informed of changes by following the "Version" information at the top of the page.
